The seats should be able to move a bit towards the stage this is a new arena, I dont know why this wasn't thought of.

Now on to the seats, both events we had gold seats and the seats were at and awkward angle to the stage so you have to keep your head fully turned to the right or left which is not doable for 3 hours. There are different sections with the same seat numbers, so people sit in other peoples seats and you have to call the ushers to sort it out. Before you get to your seats its just a confusing mess, the ushers guided us to the wrong section twice, you and you cant see the numbers of the seats and row numberw unless you bend down and get your phone light out. Iv been to 3 events the last two being ( Kevin Hart & Mo Amer)so far and the seats have all been horrible. I don't understand why don't they plan this, you know an event is happening why don't you organise with the proper authorities to open up the lights for the exit during big events. The exit connect to a street that has a traffic light, ofcourse if the traffic stops no one leaves until the lights open up. Once the event ends, most people end up leaving at the same time and there is one exit and you can imagine the chaos, takes around 15 min- 20 min to leave the parking, total mismanagement, people going the wrong way and cutting infornt of people.

If you happen to get the right entrance which is usually one, it'll take you 5-10 to get in due to the ques to park and the parking staff forcing to park at the end of venue, so if you come early you get punished as it'll take you 15 minutes to leave once the event ends. The first issue you encounter coming in is the parking, there are no clear signs and if there are it'd last minute signs that you miss the entry and you'll have to go around for about 5 min to get back. However the venue organisers and the venue itself is a mess and it ruins the experience.
